How Can I play your videofiles?
The audio/visual presentation is in wmv (Windows Media
Video) format. Wmv files can be played on your computer
using the standard media player software which comes with
most computers (such as Windows Media Player, Mplayer, Real
Audio Player software etc.).
I am on dial-up - will I be able to download
your package?
There are three ebooks, one audiobook (split into 13 chapters),
the dog training tips audiobook and the audio-visual presentation
(split into 9 sections) for you to download. The largest
individual file size is 61 meg (the rest are below 25 meg).
There is no rush for you to download everything (you can
take days/weeks if you like). If you do have a problem with
one of the larger files then a download manager program
such as Getright would probably solve that problem - you
can download the standard free version of Getright from
their site http://www.getright.com/get.html
- what Getright, and programs like it, do is allow you to
pause a download part of the way through, and then pick
up again where it left off.
Can my order be posted to me on CD-Rom?
Yes. There is an option on the download page for you to
order a PC CD-Rom containing the ebooks and audiobook files
for an additional $15 (to cover shipping and handling).
